Run Fit

Run For You – Run Fit is a 6-week training program designed to prepare runners and run/walkers for the 5K distance. Sessions are held twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.) at all three Run For Your Life locations (Midtown, Piper Glen, and University area). This is a fun program with experienced and inspiring coaches commited to helping members achieve their goals. No experience is necessary, and Run Fit is perfect for walkers wanting to incorporate running into their workouts. All participants will train with others of the same ability and pace.

February 28 – April 6
April 18 – May 25
June 6 – July 13
July 25 – August 31
September 12 – October 19

$60 for returning members

$65 for new members
